As some may know, 2014 was a very productive and successful year at Aleuro Incorporated! As we prepare for 2015, we would like to take a moment and reflect on all the success and accomplishments we saw last year!
January 2014: January kicked off with our favorite networking conference called “Keys to Success”. Keys to Success is all about revealing our clients goals and expectations for the new year. To say that our clients AT&T and T-Mobile set their goals high for our office is an understatement…but we were up for the challenge!!!
February 2014: The traveling began! We took our entire office to Dallas for a Regional Conference with some of the best offices in the Southwest Region! We helped raise money for Operation Smile while we were there and one of our top Corporate Trainers won an ipad!
March 2014: Matthew and top leader Rob went to Los Angeles for our company’s annual Top Gun event! Top Gun is an opportunity for 30 of the leading managers and representatives in our organization to fly to headquarters and network with the CEO and COO of our company!
April 2014: Matthew traveled to our second office location in Baton rouge to spend time with managing partner, Joel, and top representatives in his office.
In April we also went to The University of Texas at San Antonio and taught a introductory marketing course on personal selling. Talk about being nervous!
May 2014: Two of our team members had the opportunity to go to Round 1 of the Spurs playoffs, not only to root on the black and silver, but to also promote our amazing client AT&T U-VERSE. We also opened our doors to our newest managing partner, Sara and her client T-MOBILE. They have dominated the business to business sector in San Antonio from day one.
June 2014: Our Summer Internship Program was in full swing and we had 7 amazing interns learning different aspects of business management: areas like training, interviewing, sales, public speaking, etc. They were a huge asset to our company and their hard work definitely did not go unnoticed!
Sara’s team also got a Top Performance award out of all the 33 T-Mobile offices in the country! WAY TO GO!
July 2014: We traveled to Orlando, Florida for our national conference and spent 3 sunny days learning from the best in the business. Christina, our Director of Human Resources, received an award for most improved administrator and also a Tiffany’s bracelet for being a pace setter in the company!!
August 2014: Over $1500 was raised for our philanthropy, Operation Smile!! We went business to business and to The Block, a local Food Truck Park in San Antonio and hosted a highly successful pie in the face stand! We are very proud of our efforts and will ALWAYS give back to kids in need. Lastly, we promoted 3 young men to assistant management, 2 of them who are actually leaving in Feb 2015 to open our newest office in Sacramento! Sara’s team received the Top Performance award again and Matthew’s team was the Top 5 out of 125 offices!
September 2014: Our T-Mobile team got Top Performance out of all the T-Mobile offices in the country yet again! We know that with the hard work they put in they will all go far!
October 2014: BAHAMAS BABY!! We got to spend 5 days, all expenses vacation to Nassau Bahamas and the exclusive Atlantis hotel. It was a trip that we will never forget! Sara’s team got the Top Performance award AGAIN!
November 2014: We were named office of the quarter for T-Mobile and received the traveling campaign cup!! We also hosted our first Friendsgiving dinner cooked by our very own Management team! We also got to send three T-Mobile representatives to Los Angeles to visit our headquarters for a leadership conference! They received training on advertisement, finances, team-building, time – management and how to incorporate a business!
December 2014: As a part of giving back, we collected and then donated toys to the Ronald McDonald House! We had a highly successful White Elephant Exchange and Dirty Santa contest to end the year with a bang!
2014 was a HUGE year for us! We accomplished so many things and cannot wait to see where this year takes us! Bring on 2015!!!
